Old people and their domicile

Old people are anchored to their domicile. And when you try to relocate them to an old people's home you best secure their informed consent.

So here is one son who ignored this golden rule:

Her son's girlfriend was also in the fracas.

Both the son and girlfriend were guest at mother's home. 

If they were not happy there, you would have thought that the polite thing to do was to thank mother for all the years of free rent; and from their saving to look for a place of their own.

No! They planned to shunt mother off to a care home and take over mother's domicile.

If this happened to you, would you not fall into a rage at the betrayal and fraud upon your person and your property.
