Spring in China

I live here in Ontario, Canada and it is January. 
I see I have 2 more months of winter.
However, we have had a blessed winter because, as was our won't, we have not had hardly any snow. Before we would have 2 feet of the stuff.
I suppose we have much to thank for Global Warming.
Yet, because of China's latitudes they have this opportunity before them:
