It is known as corruption.
And the latest info re their campaign against it is that up to 2018, they have caught 1 million + of their party functionaries in acts of corruption.
One of them was a woman who was 13 years on the run. She became a domicile in the US using forged papers. The size of her crime was US$40,000,000.00. She is now back in China for trial.
Is Canada absolutely corruption free?
If not how is it that we have yet to charge one person in last decade for corruption.
We need to send our top police officers to study how the Chinese trap their corrupt functionaries.
