This amazes me

It amazes me because I cannot understand how it is that US $$$$$$ interests did not offer to Oman the loan they wanted:

In fact all the US Fed had to do was to print the money and give it to them.

If it did so, then Oman would be indebted to the US and US interests.

Now, the debt is to China and Chinese interests.

So, you have to wonder who the hell is looking after the shop in the US re these matters.

The point about Oman is that is at the very point of the Gulf of Hormuz, with Iran on the other side.

It is a critical choke point for all that oil from Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Iran that go out to the world.
