US in NEW WAR

I thought the US only engages in a War when Congress has give the OK. Well I have not read any where a Congressional vote for this war?!

For sure, by this, now: 

every citizen in the US is at War with al Qaeda. 

What this means is there is no near need to fear their attack on the US. Fear is only for the unknown. So, it is from this time a KNOWN thing that you are going to be attacked. Your terror has been removed by this act.

So:

BE READY FOR IT.

When soldiers go into battle they do not moan and groan and whine about being in TERROR of the TERROR. 

So, from this time, no more silly talk about the terror of al Qaeda. 

You at WAR with al Qaeda.

So,

GO TO IT WITH VALOUR AND COURAGE.
