HACKING

The US is the top hacker in the world. It even hacked into the private telephone of Angela Merkel, Chancellor of Germany.

Now it you are the top hacker you are the top anti-hacker. As the top anti-hacker, you can open the lines to allow who you would like to hack into your systems. So . . . it you get it now . . . the US Intelligence Community, IC opened the lines to let the Russians to hack into the HQ of the Democratic Part and Podesta's E-mails. 

Thank God they did not open the lines for the Russians to hack into the Pentagon or into the IC's own computers or into Goldman Sachs which is what the Russians would love to be able to do!

By doing this, the US IC was doing its bit to out Hilary from her ambitions.

It also gave the IC, a.k.a. one Mr. Clapper to take on Trump to see who controls the tilt of American foreign and domestic policy. This is to rule the day by the opinion and interpretations of the US IC or those of the Donald.

Constitutionally, you would think that the C-in-C of the US will win. However, Mr. Clapper sure is doing his best to tweet and tweak and thwack the Donald into being an obedient meek President.
