Water

I knew that for some time there was a determination to transfer water from southern China to the water-starved north.

I did not know that they finally go on with it.

Well, they will have to bring a massive amount to Xinjiang  Province alone. 

I hope they do it.

If they can succeed in this task they can change the face of the Gobi and Taklamakan Deserts.
