The South China sea US irk is continuing

I would put to you that by 2016. 12 there will be a good 20% chance that China will sink on US destroyer that is out there irking her in the South China Sea.

It will take place during a conjoint naval drill between China and Russia.

The problem is that they are not sure if it was a Russian or Chinese torpedo that sunk the American destroyer.
