Every US general knows that unless you send your men and take to the field, you really cannot WHACK the Taliban.

They need to reconfigure the plan. 

Bombing from above is not working.

Only fighting on the ground has a chance. 

The only problem is:

WHO IS BETTER AT WHACKING THE OTHER

WHEN IT IS MANO A MANO - ON THE BATTLE FIELD?

Surely the US Marine is not afraid of an uneducated peasant Taliban with an AK47. He does not have an Abrams tank to support him with an F-16. It can only be:

VICTORY TO US!
