The taint of dishonour is exponentially rising.
As things stand one 60 year old man has stepped forward that he is now able to identify the man who raped him in his Mayfair flat when he was age 12. He claims that at that time no one believed him and he did not know the rapist until years later he saw him standing by Margaret Thatcher in a newspaper photograph. The man was the same Sir Edward Heath.
In the days of ancient Rome and in the days of Shogun Nippon, just for this taint of dishonour there was only one thing that a man could do.
It is not fighting to the bitter end.
This is the 21st Century. The love of life is so great that we will hang in no matter where the process will lead us. We do so because there is always hope.
In ancient times, vindication will erase the taint of dishonour and this is what is at issue. The taint remains because suspicious mind remains extant without pity and without mercy.
