It is known as:

Mental Dissonance.

And his condition is extremely serious!


In a logically logical society, he would be brought bought before the International War Crimes Tribunal. I am sure that they will find him utterly insane and that he be best incarcerated inside a Psychiatric Unit for life for the greater common good of the American nation and for the greater collective good of humanity.
