The total $ value of this fraud is estimated to be equivalent to the entire budget of the British national health care services.

The shock is the discovery of "apparently" normal lawful middle class U.S. men and women engaging in such activities and in a manner and style that is a credit worthy of any mafia soldier, yakuza thief and tong crook.
