Las Vegas

This is a city that I have fond memories, not because I won any money or lost any:
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/northamerica/usa/10932785/The-race-to-stop-Las-Vegas-from-running-dry.html.

It is a wondrous testament to the power of man to create a fantasy and it is simply incredible.

However, with this new info, if the drought continues, its wild incontinent use of water will be severely curtailed.

However, I believe that Las Vegas will still live on because it has so many other wonders.
