Assad wins re-election

So, it is stated that:

I find his claim of a re-election win as:
1. politically inappropriate because a "democratic" election in the middle of a civil war is anomalous and thus indexing his claim of a win as potentially DISHONEST
2. as a civil process the election in the middle of a civil war is an egregious charade; and thus his claim of a win is utterly indecent.
