Little Macau.

When i visited Macau with Jennifer, it was then the gambling kingdom of one Stanley Ho. He was given the gambling monopoly by the Portuguese authorities. He became very rich.
With the return of Macau to China, China took the democratic step and broke his monopoly.

Its revenue is seven times+ the las Vegas strip.

This tell you that the biggest gamblers in the world are the Chinese. And they ably abetted in this by the British of Hong Kong. 
Oh, yes! The Brits are still there in HK. 
I think in Skyfall, James Bond was there.
