The thing is that the U.S. may have outsourced its war in Afghanistan to Europe and Nato and to Canada; and it has also formally declared it troops have now left Afghanistan.

However, the American presence is still there. And so long as it is, the Taliban will do the requisite irks like this.
And for all the drones and F16s and so forth, there is really NO ANSWER to this kind if irkery.
And if you have NO ANSWER for it - one is HELPLESS.

And only the HELPLESS are defeated!

And the amazing thing is that this also confuses the CIA and the neocons in the U.S.
