someone really ought to be brought before the Bar to answer for this wasted useless war in Afghanistan with all its costs in human lives, materiel and the billions of US and CAD $ that we spent.

Every Canadian soldier who died in Afghanistan was returned to the military base in Trenton, Ontario. His casket then was taken down our principle highway - the McDonald-Cartier. This road then became known as the Highway of Heroes.
