Alpha Apes rule.

An alpha ape mind knows:
                           I rule all and everything is mine!
                           What I want, I want it NOW!

     Any that opposes me, I will crush.

An ape mind can never copy the workings of a human mind. But, alas, a human mind can copy that of an ape's, especially an alpha ape's.

If is for this, we are all silent witnesses for decades upon decades of the phenomenon of African rulers who treat their people in the way of workings of the mind of alpha apes.

And if by chance their people can successfully eject them, they retire to a resplendent life underpinned by the public wealth that they purloined from their people.

There is ever never a moment of merciful relief for the people of such unfortunate African nations.

And we in civilized, advanced Western nations moan about our incompetent politicians. When will the grace of gratitude ever touch us?

By the way, it is not true that we do not have corrupt politicians and officials here in the West. The difference is that, here, our guys do it with ideally British style and impeccable secrecy.
