If this is true:
the statistical possibilites of earth like planets has significantly risen.
And the statistical possibilities of an isomorphic track of life evolution in these planets has commensurately risen.
For me it is extremely comforting that I, my wife and my grandsons are not the only living sentient entities in this universe; and we can hope of connecting with these others . . . out there some day, some time!
The interesting things is whether they also believed that they too were afflicted with original sin and dear Jesus had to be sent down there to die for them and there is also another equivalent Vatican and another Holy Father. Can you think of any thing more horrible than this thought.
