Prior to the French Revolution there was a humongous gap between the rich and privileged of the State, Aristocracy and Hierarchy of the Roman Catholic and the poor of France. There were no such things as food stamps for them nor was there any financial welfare for the poor.

There is today in the certain nations of the West an even greater humongous gap in wealth between the very rich and the very poor. In these nations that are food centers that they can go to, to get free food and their poor are given some financial welfare. These sops are the stoppers that keep the sans culottes of the 21st Century silent and obedient to the Law.

How long can this charade go on?

Of course we all know one day the revolution will begin somewhere. And when that happens then the revolution will spread. 

If we do not want this, it is best now to jam that is piled up at one corner of the bread and spread down and across it.

And we can allocate every multi billionaire a yearly income of $5 million dollars a year to starve on and give a super starvation income to the very poor an income of $100,000.00 per year.

We would call such an arrangement fair and just.

As for the massive balance of money, the politicians will be allowed to spend the nation into a greater and greater deficit. At the end of their term of office each is to be brought to court to account for their fiduciary mismanagement of the country's money. And the penalty for failure to account each million dollars will be one year in jail.
