WOW! Even the rich oil emirate of Kuwait wants in to help China.

The Emirate of Kuwait is rich. But it does not have a forex of US$3+ trn as China. But it is on top of a huge puddle of oil.  

So will China reject her offer of friendship and assistance in the face of THE Donald's tariff's hegemonic bullying? The answer: NO!
