The response by China to THE Trump's tariffs was to raise her tariffs against soya bean imports from US.
US farmers lose.
Who gains?
Immediately it is Brazilian soya bean farmers.
Somehow, China has to find her soya beans somewhere somehow. And there is Brazil all ready to help.
We in Canada can. But if we do, we cannot take the displeasure of the US. So, we have to take it and smile with gratitude to the US.
