But for the cognoscenti, literati and intelligentsia, this phenomenon is as common as pig pooh.

Think of the officials the maintained and 'serviced' the death camps of Hitler.

Think of Marshal Foch and General Haigh as they sent legions of men to their death in the Western Front.

Think of the Polish General who ordered the Polish horse cavalry to charge against the German Panzer tanks at the opening of WW II

Think of Hitler, Stalin Mao and all their underlings who were instrumental in the deaths of the millions upon millions of men and women.

None of the above had 

respect for God

and 

respect for Human Life.
