For them it is a refugee crisis!

They say they have a refugee crisis:

It is the refugees who are in a crisis.

These countries have a crisis of conscience. The simply cannot tell the truth to these migrants that they are NOT WANTED. To admit it is to face the reality that they are a loveless, selfish and uncaring lot really. And they cannot admit this to themselves and to the world.

They rather let the migrants suffer hunger, thirst, heat and death if necessary, so long as they do not get into a boat and land on the shores of Europe.

It would take less than 100,000 Euros to run a publicity program in all South Saharan States that the nationals of these states, because they are black, they do not want them to come into their countries. They are absolutely unwelcome. 

The nationals of these nations will know not to bother to come.
