To my regret, I have had to advocate that all postulants to the RC priesthood must follow the path set forth by men who were postulants to care for the harems of Kings, Emperors, Caliphs, Sultans and Khans. Their vow of celibacy must be actual nor just verbal.

If the RC church do this then these men would be able to discharge their offices utterly unencumbered by the conflict out of their normal and natural drives to have sex versus their vow not to, as these sexual drives would have been erased.
