Director of the US National Security does not understand . . .

He fails to understand that both Trump and Putin are
1. after nearly 3/4 century of virtual war between them - they want to end it
2. they want PEACE between US and Russia
3. they want their respective nations to end the future trillions of US $ and Rubles that would spend into their Industrial-Military Complexes, IMCs
4. allocate 35% of this potentially wild miss-spent money on their poor and end for all time people-of-poverty in their nations
5. recognize that their educated national base and the poor are fed up with the continuation of this virtual war between their respective peoples.
If do not believe me, go ask a lower class tax paying US and Russian citizen how they feel about these near 75 years of their tax money going to their IMC to build bombs, bombs, bombs and more bombs. And they are in amazement that up to this time, China has not bombed one nation . . . yet and because of their restored high Confucian civilization probably will not.
