What I find is this amazing fact. Internally she has top men to man this university. 

However, incredibly, she can call on China's diaspora and you can read the incredible top international recognized authorities returning to staff at Westlake. 

Will this University soar to rank at the top with other famed institutions in the West?

Well, only time will tell. However, one thing is sure, it is off to a very solid and well grounded take off.
