They have only two things to do:

1. to restore their civilization nations to the height of economic eminence that was theirs concurrently for millenia

2. to restore their military power to the status that they had for millennia concurrently

3. to restore their cultural eminence that was theirs for untold millennia concurrently

4. to forge their mutual friendship that they shared with each other for untold millennia.

The dehiscence for both came upon them with the rise of the industrial and military power of the west in 1820.

India came under the power of the British Raj.

China became the enforced No. 1 client for British opium that was retailed to all China from her great cities to the humblest of its  villages by their agent, the Jewish family known as the Sassoons.

It would seem that the cycle has come round full circle. And everything is to be restored to its true order of things as they should be.
