What very few people know is the incredible play that China has scripted to solve an intolerable problem that it has had to endure silently for decades.

What is this intolerable problem that China has had to endure for decades. It is that N. Korea is its only buffer between her and some 60,000 US marines stationed in S. Korea with all its nuclear tipped missiles pointed into the very political and administrative heart of China. The distance between Seoul and Beijing is 952 kilometers. This is less than 600 miles.

N. Korea has a very simply agrarian economy with a minimal industrial base and a Science base way below that of Zimbabwe.

All of sudden she is testing her own produced atom bombs and developing better and better missiles that can reach the US. And this utterly upsets the US because it does not like a country like N. Korea to be able to aim nuke tipped missiles at her. AHA. The US feels the same way as China - who does not like US tipped missiles aimed at her less that 600 miles away!

So, China scripts the opera that finally brings N. Korea and S. Korea together. It their people are at peace, there is NO NEED for the US to base some 60,000 US marines in S. Korea and the US can take their nuclear arsenal back to the US. This is the best place for them to be from S. Korea's point of view. This because she knows that China has already targeted all these sites with her nukes to be done with them in the event of war with the US.

When N. Korea and S. Korea are at peace, then N. Korea can join East Asian Free Trade area and start her march to prosperity and peace.

Trump can sleep OK at night and China can sleep OK at night. N. Korea can sleep OK at night. S. Korea can sleep OK at night. You and I can sleep OK at night.

And when you think back you suddenly realize that China for decades was not sleeping OK at night.

You really have to question the wisdom of US foreign policy to site nuke missiles 600 miles from Beijing.
