China's billions to Boeing

It is a fact-on-the-ground that China has bought Boeing and Airbus airplanes in the billions of US dollars.

This is obviously not a condition that she would willingly endure forever. At some stage she would have develop the knowledge to build one of their own. As far as we know, Boeing or Airbus have never handed over to the China the knowledge to build an airliner.

So, by some inevitable fumbling, bungling, stumbling and stuttering, China eventually found the knowledge to build one of her own. Here it is:

And this is the basic jet airliner they need for their flights within China.

Of course her planes are not powered by Rolls Royce engines.
