Apologies!

We published our last book in 1997.

We have not published a book since because the last book that we were to write: Do you know how another knows to be? we did not.  We did not because for the sake of the merit and value of the work, we bowed to the hope that someone high in the field of academia and/or scholarship would be the best person to do so.

So we sat back and quietly waited and waited. What we did not realize that we adapted to the waiting, adjusted to it and then habituated to it and got used to it. Finally we accommodated to it.

It was after my cancer and chemo that during my convalescence in September/October 2014 that I awoke to the realization that NOBODY was ever going to write it. So, when Jennifer came home I told her exactly this sentence: Nobody is ever going to write the book. And she knew exactly what I was referring to. She was quiet about 5 seconds and then she said: Let us do it then!

Finally in 2017. April/May we got  down to it. It was finished in October 2017. In November 2017 were the negotiations with Amazon.com to publish it. Finally in December 2017 it was published and it is now available.

The reviews of this book are by reviewers who are international personages and who are very high in their stations in academia, the professions and in business. We were stunned and overwhelmed by the reviews and totally humbled by them.
