China and Russia has no such land based nuke tipped missiles around them.

If in an instant 5000 nuke missiles are launched by China and Russia respectively at the US to target only NYC, LA, SF, Houston, Washington, Seattle, Phoenix, New Orleans, Miami and Boston - what will be the consequences for the US.
