This is not good

Extra-territorial killing is know in International Law as a WAR CRIME.

If this is true:

then this would be regarded as a WAR CRIME.

Today, the victims do not have the power to bring to book the people who are involved in this. 

But who can tell that ABSOLUTELY there will never be a tomorrow when they will be brought to trial.

It is such a nasty pill to swallow.
