For me, the US will remain the top US$ hegemon.
For me, to retain that position, it has to play by the rules.
All forms of illegalities and financial diddling and fiddling must end.
It has to be the ultimate paragon of clean financial inter-exchange with all other nations of the world.
In simple terms it has to act by goodness and love for its US$ hegemonic doings.
If it fails and other nations suffer, as the whole world suffered following the World Financial Collapse of 2008, credibility in the US as the custodian that the world can trust will vanish.
I do not have to tell you that in the wings the EU would like to take the place of the US as the top Euro hegemon of the world. It will NOT be China as she is far too wise to be suckered into assuming such an august position. And you too will be happy that China will stay out of even wanting this position.
