Now, the CIA has enough drones to survey and track all the opium fields in Afghanistan.

Every American tax payer has been wondering why the CIA has not turned its Hellfire missiles into napalm carrying missiles and burnt all those poppy fields?!

The answer is that the top CIA echelons in the field rake in a percentage of the profits in the opium trade!
