The question is whether you would like to test the entire 7th Fleet sailing in a 200 square mile are. It is divided into 4 square areas. 

To each square, four of these fighter bombers will fly into each sub-square and release one thermo-nuclear bomb! 

If only one fighter bomber in each square gets through and releases its  bomb successfully, what do you think will be the fighting condition of the 7th Fleet; and the fighting condition of its nuclear subs.

The Pentagon and the US Admirals have all weighed this possibility.
