It was the Dean of the School of National Policy of the National University of Singapore who noted the incredible debt that the nations of the world owe the generosity of America in educating their nationals.

There is no way anyone can ever repay this debt.

Therefore, like Dean Kishore, I can only bow with gratitude and deep respect to the generosity of America's high institutions of learning for opening their doors to teach the nationals of poorer nations.

It is the deep hope of Dean Kishore, that these returning PhDs will carry home with them the morality and ethics of American polity that they unavoidably would have learnt and above all imbibed into their intellect and pysche.

They carry the hopes of a truly free democracy for their nation.
