The problem is that there is another aircraft carrier that China is currently building.

They say that she will need 4/6 to satisfy her defense needs.

However, I do not believe this.

In the end, she will want to have double the number of aircraft carriers that the top hegemon has. And when that happens, think of the lovely naval chess games the top hegemon can have with China. And in these games, unfortunately, I am sure that Russia will throw in her entire naval fleets in with China.

The games with include their nuclear power submarines.

And this is the ultimate pill that you-know-who will have to swallow.
