This is NOT believable!

The Korean War did not end in a peace treaty.

It ended in an armistice. And armistice by definition is a state of WAR in which the contestants agree to stop, for an undetermined period to stop being killing savages against each other.

In this state of non-savage wage, American continued the conflict by imposing crippling sanction on N. Korea. There was nothing N. Korea could do about it but suffer the consequences with increasing bitterness and hatred for the US.

Then it found a way to hit back. It was do develop her own nukes. 

If successfully develop the missiles that can take her nukes and deliver to their enemies shores on the Pacific, inland and then to its Atlantic shores.

So to deal with this here is Tillerson flying like the white dove of peace with this peace petal:

This is not going to do this. It only means that N. Korea is even more sure that it has the US by its hooks. The US is in terrible fear of what N. Korea can do.

In this state of war in which there is to be no savagery of killing, what was there to stop the using a drone and fly a drone with is Hellfire missile and aim it at the launch of a N. Korean ICBM.

Of course to do this: 
     1. this the entire 55,000 marines stationed in S. Korea must be              put on full alert:
     2. entire American Pacific Fleet
     3. the entire S. Korean Army, Navy and Air Force 
     4. the Japanese Army, Navy and Air Force 
     5. all those nations who were part of the UN force in the 1952 
         Korean military liberation force.

After all, you do not know what Kim Jong Un is going to do in reply such a drone attack on his precious ICBM.

Instead we have this idiot oral platitude from Tillerson. He is not talking real and the N. Koreans will know he is WEAK, WEAK, WEAK and WEAK.

And this is BAD, BAD, BAD and BAD US policy.
