But it seems as if it is happening and not infrequently.

People who rape are savages. They are savages because their bio-field of information and knowledge in its torque is in motion; but the motion is in the WRONG DIRECTION.

In the RIGHT DIRECTION it would lead the person to evolve, grow and develop in a positive way for his personal good, the betterment of his kit and his kin-in-humankind.

When it is in the WRONG DIRECTION the person de-evolves, stultifies and regresses to be a savage.

Above all they do not have the requisite EDU to save them.

These UN peacekeepers come from countries who enter their military and not one has the equivalent of a Grade XII high school certificate.

With a gun he has absolute power. 

And he so quickly and effective and totally corrupted.

Solution: All UN peace keepers must have a Grade XII Canadian High School Certificate or its equivalent from GB, USA, France, Germany and Singapore . . .  especially Singapore.

And all must have some religious sense of morality and ethics . . . not those of gangs from the back streets of Nairobi, Freetown and so forth.
