Never ever has this happened before

There is a small Chinese naval group of ships in the Baltic. 

It is an a naval drill with the Russian fleet.

This has rattled the Europeans:

Yet how quickly they forget that it was some of these same European nations whose naval vessels transported their nations troops to China and who in turn:
            a. whacked the Chinks and ended Imperial China
            b. looted all the treasures of the Summer Palace.

How the pendulum of history can change.
