London youth!

This is a terrible assertion about London youth:

The question is:

What is the negativity of London youth that 

entails this murderously evil behaviour?

How is it that they have NO RESPECT for the human life of another.

And given the elimination of capital punishment in the criminal justice system in England, it is as if they have an implicate  endorsement to go on with their negativity.
