In my view it took too long. And all nations along this New Silk Road knows it is too long.

What they all want in the end is for China's, France's and Italy's high speed freight trains to transit the goods in less than three days for points separated by maximum distances,. 

They want it because it is about:

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

and

PROFIT.

Which nation can wait for these items.
