What I do know is the alarm I feel as the Carl Vinson career fleet approaches North Korea!

Think of this:
If N. Korea sends all its 10 nukes in 10 missiles at the Carl Vinson and one gets through: 

= WAR with US.

the Carl Vinson will be evaporated.

In such a contingency:
(1). will the UN Security Council allow the US to bomb North Korea back to the stone age and beyond?
(2). will China allow such a devastation to be heaped on a people?
(3). will the Chinese population consider such a stance by its elite as OK?

You are not telling me that you do not see a real possible war between US and China?
