We know that China has won the right to extend her Silk Road of olde through Nepal into India.
Now we find she has military ties with Nepal.
A military exercise is equivalent to a military exercise between the US and the Bahamas. The latter has nothing militarily of any significance; so too, Nepal.
So, what is this joint military exercise about?
