Do you get the logic of this?

I smell the Blame Game is off again:

Everyone knows that the US/IMC has all manner of military weaponry around Russia.

Thus all around Russia is an entire fleet of Trident subs with their multiple war head missiles all targeted at it. And the US is concerned about some Rus cruise missiles at NATO. 

I have not read of France or Germany tremulously voicing their fears of what is claimed here! 

I really do not see the logic of this US vaunted concern.
