US judges in fear

One judge derailed the The Donald's executive order to halt the intake of refugees. The Donald's riposte of the Judge was this:

the opinion of "this so-called judge" was "ridiculous and will be overturned."

Is it true that the US will NEVER EVER have a terrorist attack in America? 

When that happens, how are US citizens going to feel of about this Judges block on The Donald's executive order?

Now, anyone one can opine about their so-called whatever of their choice on another.

And any President can opine that a judge's finding can be overturned.
