So, by 1972, the homeless set up domicile in these vacant properties in London. The problem to evict them became an issue of Law because they asserted that they had this thing called "SQUATTER'S RIGHTS."
It is now 2017, and we thought the problem of homelessness was solved in London - one of the richest cities in the world.

For in one sense to squat in a property you do not own is to take what is not yours. This is either thieving or stealing.
On the other I feel for the pain of being houseless. So, how does the state house those who simply cannot house themselves?
