THE MIC

The US Military Industrial Complex, MIC, needs the US to have a significant, real, substantive enemy to ensure its continuing productive high profits for its share holders.
IS/ISIL etc is an ideology. You cannot track the entire US Army, Navy and Air Force to eliminate it.
But if you have Russia/China/Germany, you have some real meat to sink your fangs into.
