Br. PM Theresa May

Here is a bewildering action.
The .gov.UK of Theresa May voted to condemn Israel in the Security Council vote for its ILLEGAL settlements in the West Bank. The US did not veto it but it did not cast its vote in favour of the UN Security resolution.
However, what it did was that the US Secretary of State John Kerry subsequent to the vote, wrote a much publicized paper re his critical observations with respect to Israel's illegal expropriation of its conquered lands in the West Bank.
